I consent to allow my teen(s) to participate in this event and give permission to the Fostoria Church of God Pastoral Staff and Leaders to take responsible care of my teens during this time. This event will include food and biblical based teaching to help teenagers learn and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. The event will be March 2nd, 2024 at FCOG and will start at 6:00 P.M. and ending at 9 P.M. I will provide transportation for my teen to and from the event.
